## Description

Job Objective:

Lead and direct all facility operations, maintenance, security, and safety management while optimizing operational budgets and ensuring business continuity in compliance with top quality standards and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead facility operations, maintenance, and security teams.

• Oversee HVAC, MEP, and BMS systems.

• Negotiate vendor contracts and monitor SLAs/KPIs.

• Ensure compliance with HSE, Civil Defense, and local codes.

• Direct space allocation, office expansion, and renovation projects.

• Implement CAFM/CMMS systems for workflow tracking.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's in engineering or FM (MBA preferred).

• Experience 20+ years in FM, 5+ years in Director/Managerial roles.

• Certifications: CFM, FMP, PMP, or EHS (OSHA/NEBOSH).
