## Description

looking for an experienced Communications & Marketing Manager to join a leading organization in Abu Dhabi-UAE

Salary: AED 25,000/month – Full Package

Languages: Fluent Arabic & English – Bilingual is mandatory

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute integrated communications and marketing strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

Lead corporate communications, brand positioning, and external/internal communication initiatives.

Develop and manage marketing campaigns across digital, social media, content, events, and other relevant channels.

Manage the organization’s brand identity, messaging, tone of voice, and corporate communications materials.

Create and oversee high-quality content for websites, social media, newsletters, presentations, reports, and corporate publications.

Manage relationships with media, PR agencies, creative agencies, suppliers, and other external partners.

Develop media and PR strategies and coordinate press releases, media coverage, interviews, and corporate announcements.

Lead social media strategy, content calendars, digital campaigns, and audience engagement.

Monitor marketing and communications performance using relevant KPIs, analytics, and reporting.

Support senior leadership with executive communications, speeches, presentations, key messages, and corporate announcements.

Plan and coordinate corporate events, conferences, campaigns, and stakeholder engagement activities.

Ensure all communications are consistent, professional, culturally appropriate, and aligned with the organization’s brand.

Ideal Candidate

Proven experience in Communications, Marketing, Corporate Communications, PR, or a similar leadership role

Strong experience developing and implementing marketing and communications strategies

Fluent Arabic and English – mandatory

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages

Strong understanding of the UAE media, communications, and marketing landscape

Experience working with senior stakeholders and leadership teams.

Strong digital marketing, social media, content, and brand management experience.

Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.

Creative, strategic, highly organized, and commercially aware.
