## Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Leader to lead the sales execution of a portfolio in Doha.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can manage and drive a high-performing sales team while remaining actively involved in closing transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the sales strategy and execution for a large residential portfolio

• Manage and drive the performance of the sales team

• Achieve individual and team sales targets

• Manage the full sales pipeline from lead generation through closing

• Oversee lead allocation, follow-ups and conversion performance

• Conduct and supervise viewings, negotiations and client meetings

• Develop relationships with investors, end users and external brokers

• Maintain sales discipline, CRM records and weekly reporting

• Personally support and close key transactions

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in real estate sales, with strong experience in the Qatar market

• Valid Qatar real estate broker/agent licence

• Proven experience leading and managing sales teams

• Strong existing network of buyers, investors, brokers and industry contacts in Qatar

• Demonstrable track record of residential property sales and closings

• Strong negotiation, communication and closing skills

• Target-driven with a high level of accountability

• Arabic and English proficiency preferred
