Key Responsibilities • Manage the front desk and act as the primary point of contact for all visitors and callers. • Welcome and professionally assist VIPs, senior executive, clients and external stakeholders. • Manage appointments, visitor registrations, meeting room arrangements. • Handle incoming calls and direct enquiries to the relevant stakeholders in a professional manner. • Coordinate closely with internal teams, security, facilities and office administration for smooth day to day operations. • Ensure the reception and waiting areas consistently maintain a high-end, professional and welcoming appearance. • Support senior management with adhoc front office and administrative requirements when required.
