## Description

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Accountant (Emirati) to join our Finance team. The role will be responsible for managing core accounting functions, ensuring accuracy in financial records, supporting audits, and maintaining compliance with AE regulations and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger, journal entries, and reconciliations

• Oversee month-end and year-end closing activities independently

• Prepare accurate financial statements, reports, and analysis for management

• Ensure timely processing of accounts payable and receivable

• Handle VAT filings and ensure compliance with AE tax regulations

• Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits

• Monitor adherence to company accounting policies and internal controls

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy and compliance

Qualifications & Requirements :

• Emirati with valid family Docs

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience in the Country

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Microsoft Dynamics preferred)

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
