## Description

Job Summary-

We are looking for an experienced and driven Real Estate Sales Manager to join our team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5+ years of proven experience in the Dubai real estate market, a strong network of clients and agents, and a consistent track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

We are specifically looking for a sales leader with an existing network and the ability to bring and build a team.

Key Responsibilities-

• Build, recruit, and manage a high-performing real estate sales team.

• Bring and develop your own team of experienced real estate consultants.

• Set sales targets and develop strategies to achieve and exceed them.

• Lead, coach, mentor, and motivate team members to maximize their performance.

• Monitor individual and team sales performance and provide regular guidance.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and property developers.

• Stay up to date with Dubai's real estate market, including new launches, off-plan projects, secondary market opportunities, and market trends.

• Lead negotiations and support the team in closing high-value transactions.

Requirements-

• 3–5+ years of proven experience in Dubai real estate sales.

• Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.

• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

• Previous experience in a Real Estate Sales Manager / Team Leader role is preferred.

• Strong leadership and team-building skills.

• Ability and willingness to bring and build your own sales team.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
