## Description

Real Estate Agent – Off-Plan & Secondary

JX Estates is a boutique real estate agency in Dubai. We are looking for ambitious Off-Plan and Secondary Market Agents who want to work in a focused, performance-driven environment.

What we offer:

• Commission-only position – NO SALARY

• Qualified leads provided through property portals and paid marketing channels including Meta and Google Ads

• Highly advanced real estate sales training provided FREE to agents and Broker Card

• Training and direct guidance from top-performing closers with a proven sales record

• Opportunity to work across both Off-Plan and Secondary properties

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of Dubai real estate experience preferred

• Must be presently and physically in Dubai at time of application

• New agents may be considered only after an extensive interview demonstrating strong sales potential

• Strong communication, negotiation and closing ability

• EU languages, Russian or GCC languages are a strong advantage

• Self-driven, disciplined and comfortable working on a commission-only basis

Important: This is not a salaried position. We are looking for agents who want serious training, lead support and the opportunity to build strong commissions based on performance.
