We are thrilled to announce that we are seeking a talented Assistant Outlet Manager (European language speaker) to join the In-Room Dining team at one of Dubai’s most luxurious resorts.

Your Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of In-Room Dining operations and administration.

• Work closely with the Restaurant Manager to consistently enhance guest service and the overall offering.

• Ensure the highest standards of luxury service are maintained at all times.

• Lead, motivate, and support the In-Room Dining team to achieve daily operational goals and targets.

• Monitor guest satisfaction and ensure all guest requests and concerns are handled promptly and professionally.

About You

• Previous experience in In-Room Dining within a luxury hotel or resort environment.

• A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest service.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Native or fluent speaker of a European language is required.

• Previous experience within an international luxury hotel group is highly desirable.
