## Description

Our client, a leading luxury retail group in the UAE, is looking to hire dynamic and customer-focused professionals for the following positions:

• Sales Associate

• Senior Sales Associate

• Store Supervisor

• Store Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable shopping experiences.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.

• Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling techniques.

• Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize sales.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance brand loyalty.

• Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained at all times.

• Manage stock replenishment and inventory accuracy.

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales service professionally.

• Maintain accurate sales records and adhere to company policies and procedures.

• Support store operations to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.

Additional Responsibilities for Supervisors & Managers

• Lead, motivate, and develop store teams to achieve business objectives.

• Monitor store performance and implement action plans to improve sales and productivity.

• Manage staffing, scheduling, coaching, and performance reviews.

• Ensure operational excellence and compliance with company standards.

• Analyze sales reports and drive initiatives to improve store performance.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, hospitality, aviation, or customer-facing sales environments.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Passion for customer service and sales.

• Professional grooming and presentation.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Leadership experience is required for Supervisor and Manager positions.

• Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are an advantage.
