Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role located in Dubai. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project delivery, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination with internal teams and external partners. Responsibilities include monitoring project progress, managing timelines and budgets, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring quality standards are met across all deliverables. The role involves close collaboration with expediting and logistics functions to ensure timely procurement, inspection, and delivery of materials and services. The Project Manager will also prepare regular status reports, lead project meetings, and support continuous improvement in project execution processes. Qualifications • Strong project management skills, including Project Management and Expediting, with experience overseeing complex, multi-stakeholder projects. • Experience in logistics and supply chain coordination, including Expeditor and Logistics Management competencies. • Knowledge of quality and compliance practices, including Inspection and related project control activities. • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate diverse teams. • Proven ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field; relevant professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP or equivalent) are an advantage. • Previous experience in construction, industrial, or creative installation projects in the Middle East is beneficial. • Proficiency with project management software and standard office productivity tools.
