## Description

Warehouse Operations

• Supervise and execute daily inbound, outbound, processing, picking, put-away, decanting, replenishment, and dispatch activities.

• Ensure planned daily volumes are completed within agreed SLAs and target throughput.

• Monitor workflow throughout the shift and take immediate corrective action to avoid operational delays or backlogs.

• Coordinate with other warehouse departments and support functions to ensure smooth end-to-end operations.

Manpower and Productivity

• Plan and deploy manpower according to operational volumes and approved budgets.

• Ensure effective utilization of resources and achievement of target manpower productivity for each activity.

• Lead and supervise approximately 30–40 employees, including team leaders and floor staff.

• Regularly monitor individual and team productivity and take corrective actions to improve performance.
