We distribute some of the most exciting FMCG brands in the world — matcha from PerfectTed, Oatly, Rude Health and many more — across the foodservice, retail, quick commerce, and ecommerce channels in the UAE and Syria.

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on, detail-driven person to own the daily control of our

Dubai warehouse and support our finance team with invoicing, petty cash and receipts. This is a dual-function role — half warehouse, half accounts admin — suited to someone organised, reliable, and comfortable moving between the stockroom and the office.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify every order leaving the warehouse against the invoice and delivery documents before dispatch — items, quantities, paperwork

• Receive incoming shipments and check them against purchase orders; report discrepancies the same day

• Conduct weekly stock counts and prepare internal stock transfers

• Purchase and maintain consumables stock (cups, stirrers, cleaning supplies)

• Issue, file and dispatch sales invoices; collect and deposit cash and cheque receipts

• Manage petty cash and record monthly utility bills (Etisalat, DEWA, Salik, ENOC)

• Provide general admin support to the Senior Accountant

• Hold custody of warehouse keys; responsible for opening, closing and securing the facility

What We're Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in a warehouse, storekeeping, or accounts assistant role in the UAE

• Working knowledge of Zoho Books or similar accounting software

• Strong attention to detail — you catch the wrong quantity before the van leaves

• Comfortable with Excel and basic stock records

• Fluent in English; UAE driving licence is an advantage

Advantageous: experience in FMCG or food & beverage distribution; familiarity with VAT documentation
