## Description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall warehouse and store operations.

• Supervise receipt, inspection, storage, and issuance of materials.

• Ensure proper material identification, labeling, and storage.

• Maintain accurate stock records and inventory levels.

• Conduct periodic stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.

• Prepare GRNs, material issue notes, stock reports, and related warehouse documentation.

• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, production, and other departments.

• Ensure FIFO / FEFO practices are followed where applicable.

• Monitor loading and unloading activities.

• Ensure safe handling and storage of materials and equipment.

• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and proper space utilization.

• Supervise storekeepers, helpers, and warehouse staff.

• Ensure compliance with company procedures and HSE requirements.

• Support audits and provide inventory reports as required.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Warehouse In-Charge, Senior Storekeeper, Warehouse Supervisor, or Store Supervisor.

• Strong experience in warehouse operations and inventory management.

• Good knowledge of stock control, material handling, and warehouse documentation.

• Ability to manage warehouse staff and daily operations independently.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and inventory / ERP systems.

• Strong organizational and coordination skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.

• Forklift driving experience is preferred.

• Valid forklift licence/certification will be an added advantage.
