## Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to support the launch and growth of a new real estate division within a well-established government entity in Sharjah.

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end setup and launch of the real estate division

• Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth

• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams

• Build and manage relationships with developers, brokers, investors, and other industry stakeholders

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and feasibility assessments

• Support the development of processes, proposals, commercial models, and go-to-market plans

• Monitor market trends and provide recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

• Proven business development experience within the real estate industry

• Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market, including developers, brokerage, and investment landscape

• Experience supporting new business setup, expansion, or launching a new division would be highly advantageous

• Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder-management, and negotiation skills

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Based in the UAE
