About You • 6 to 8 years of previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a Junior Sous Chef or Sous Chef position. • Culinary Arts, Professional Cookery, or Hospitality Management Degree. • Excellent food safety and health regulations knowledge. • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and maintain high standards of professionalism and efficiency. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. • Must be proactive and able to handle high-pressure situations with ease.
