Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Property Consultant role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Property Consultant will guide clients through the full real estate transaction cycle, including property search, viewings, negotiations, and closing. Responsibilities include building and managing a portfolio of listings, conducting market research, preparing accurate property presentations, and maintaining updated knowledge of local regulations and community developments. The role involves generating leads through networking and marketing activities, responding promptly to client inquiries, and delivering professional, ethical advice tailored to client needs. The Property Consultant will collaborate with internal teams, prepare documentation, and ensure a smooth, transparent experience for all parties involved.

Qualifications

• Strong consulting and advisory skills, with the ability to understand client needs and recommend suitable property solutions.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to build rapport with diverse clients and stakeholders.

• Proven customer service abilities, including responsiveness, follow-up, and commitment to client satisfaction.

• Solid sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in a competitive market.

• Knowledge of real estate markets, preferably in Dubai and the wider UAE, including property types, communities, and regulations.

• Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic or other widely spoken languages are an advantage.

• Comfort with CRM systems, property listing platforms, and basic MS Office or equivalent tools.

• Ability to work on-site, manage time effectively, and handle multiple clients and properties simultaneously.

• Previous experience in real estate or sales is highly beneficial; relevant certifications or a real estate license are a plus.
