## Description

Company Description Project Black Gold is an offshore oil initiative operating a modern rig complex set against the open sea. The site is active around the clock, with advanced infrastructure supporting safe extraction and processing of hydrocarbons. Flaring and other visible operations highlight the project’s focus on energy production and industrial performance. Team members work in a dynamic environment that prioritizes safety, reliability, and adherence to international standards, while contributing to the region’s growing energy sector.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Procurement role based in Abu Dhabi, supporting the operational needs of Project Black Gold’s offshore activities. The role involves managing end-to-end procurement activities, including preparing and processing purchase orders, coordinating with internal stakeholders to define requirements, and sourcing materials, equipment, and services in line with project standards. The Procurement professional will evaluate and maintain supplier relationships, participate in contract negotiations, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Daily responsibilities include monitoring delivery schedules, tracking costs, maintaining accurate procurement records, and using analytical insights to optimize supply chain performance. Collaboration with operations, finance, and logistics teams will be key to ensuring timely, cost-effective procurement for the offshore complex.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Procurement experience, including knowledge of supply chain processes in industrial or energy-sector environments.

• Candidates should possess skills in Purchase Orders management, including requisition processing, order tracking, and documentation accuracy.

• Candidates should possess capabilities in Supplier Evaluation, including assessing quality, reliability, pricing, and compliance with safety and ethical standards.

• Candidates should possess expertise in Contract Negotiation, including terms, pricing, service levels, and risk mitigation.

• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, monitor costs, optimize sourcing decisions, and support strategic procurement planning.

• Relevant bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or a related field is preferred, along with proficiency in procurement software and MS Office.

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a multicultural, on-site environment in Abu Dhabi.

• Knowledge of HSE standards and experience in offshore or oil and gas projects is an advantage.
