## Description

An all-day dining destination opening in Dubai this autumn — a chic room that runs from morning coffee through long lunches to an evening that turns on drinks and small plates.

You support the brigade across sections, working under senior chefs. Expect to be taught properly and to be expected to apply it fast.

What The Role Covers

• Assist with mise en place, preparation and basic cooking tasks

• Keep your section running on time and your station clean

• Follow food safety procedures without being reminded

• Work in step with every section of the kitchen

What We're Looking For

• Some kitchen experience is a plus; attitude and appetite to learn matter most

• Takes feedback well and applies it quickly

• Fluent English
