## Description

We are looking for a reliable, responsible, and hardworking Event & Logistics Driver to join our wedding and event management team in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles safely and responsibly.

• Transport event equipment, décor, flowers, furniture, tools, and materials to and from event venues.

• Deliver and collect items from suppliers, warehouses, venues, and clients.

• Assist the operations and production teams with event setup and dismantling.

• Load and unload equipment safely.

• Ensure all event materials are delivered on time and in good condition.

• Check the vehicle before and after each trip.

• Keep the company vehicle clean and properly maintained.

• Report any vehicle problems, accidents, or damage immediately.

• Follow the daily schedule and instructions from the Operations Manager.

• Be flexible with working hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and late-night event breakdowns.

• Assist the warehouse and production team when required.

Requirements

• Valid UAE driving license.

• Previous driving experience in the UAE.

• Experience driving pickup trucks, vans, or transport vehicles is preferred.

• Experience in events, weddings, logistics, or furniture transportation is an advantage.

• Good knowledge of Dubai and UAE roads.

• Physically fit and able to load/unload event materials.

• Punctual, honest, responsible, and well organized.

• Willing to work flexible hours according to event schedules.

• Ability to work as part of a team.

Preferred

• Previous experience with a wedding or event company.

• Experience transporting décor, stages, furniture, lighting, sound equipment, or flowers.

• UAE experience of 2+ years.

• Ability to communicate in English; Arabic is an advantage.
