## Description

Our client is seeking a highly competent and adaptable Counsel to join the corporate legal function, reporting directly to the Senior Counsel while collaborating with senior executives, internal stakeholders, and external counterparties across diverse business units. In this pivotal position, the successful candidate will act as a primary negotiator for non-complex transactions, oversee the drafting and quality of key agreements, investigate legal claims, and provide sound tactical guidance on governance, compliance, and risk mitigation. Beyond negotiating terms, the role involves supporting strategy execution, advising management on exposures and financial metrics, participating in key decisions, and liaising with external legal counsel to support business growth and regulatory alignment.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 4yrs of PQE backed by a strong private practice training background with expertise in one or more core areas such as Litigation, Construction, TMT/Technology, M&A, or broad Commercial Law. Candidates must exhibit outstanding commercial acumen, an ability to synthesize complex information with meticulous attention to detail, and exceptional English drafting, communication, and negotiation capabilities.

## Requirements
