## Description

We're hiring a Business Development Engineer to drive growth in intralogistics automation and material handling, based in UAE or KSA and covering opportunities across MENA.

What you'll own:

You'll identify and develop new business opportunities, engaging in project and solution sales to hit growth targets. That means building strong relationships with prospects, understanding their operational needs, and using your industry network to generate new leads. You'll work closely with engineering teams to translate client requirements into the right technical solutions, while maintaining and growing relationships with key accounts. You'll also support the territory's marketing strategy and keep management informed with clear, professional reporting.

What you bring:

An engineering or scientific degree (Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or Logistics) plus 5+ years in industrial sales or business development, ideally in project sales, intralogistics, or industrial automation. Experience in MENA is essential.

CRM and CAD/design software familiarity is a plus, as is experience working in a solutions-based environment, some commercial/business management exposure, and Arabic language skills.
