Role Description This is a full-time Real Estate Agent role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with a hybrid work model that allows for a combination of office presence and work-from-home flexibility. The Real Estate Agent will identify and present suitable properties to clients, conduct property viewings, and manage negotiations between buyers, sellers, and other stakeholders. Daily responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date market knowledge, preparing and reviewing real estate documents, and collaborating closely with the mortgage advisory team to ensure seamless transactions. The role also involves building and managing a client portfolio, delivering high-quality customer service, and meeting sales targets while adhering to local real estate regulations.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and solid knowledge of Real Property regulations and practices.

• Candidates should possess strong Real Estate market understanding and experience with property listing, showing, and transaction processes.

• Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.

• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and manage client expectations.

• Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in the Dubai real estate market, familiarity with mortgage products, proficiency in CRM tools, and strong organizational and time-management skills.

• A relevant diploma or degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred, along with proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
