As an Off-Plan Sales Specialist at Regal Vista, you'll be on the front line of Dubai's most dynamic property segment — presenting new developments to buyers, converting qualified leads, and guiding investors from initial inquiry through to reservation and handover. You'll work with a curated portfolio of developer-exclusive projects.

✅ WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Present off-plan projects to prospective investors with confidence and precision

• Convert developer-allocated and self-generated leads into reservations

• Build and manage a pipeline of investor clients — local, expat, and international

• Develop deep knowledge of project USPs, payment plans, and ROI projections

• Conduct in-person and virtual presentations, site visits, and project tours

• Guide buyers through the reservation, SPA signing, and post-sale process

• Stay ahead of new launches, developer incentives, and market pricing

• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns targeting your buyer profile

• Maintain client relationships for referrals, upgrades, and repeat investment

🎯 WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• UAE resident with minimum 2 years of proven off-plan sales experience in Dubai

• Demonstrated track record of closing off-plan deals (volume and value)

• Strong ability to present project concepts, floor plans, and payment structures

• RERA-certified or actively pursuing certification

• Fluent in English; Arabic, Russian, Hindi, or Mandarin is a major advantage

• Highly motivated, self-managed, and hungry to exceed targets

• Comfortable working with international investors across multiple time zones

• Digitally confident — CRM, portals, social media, and WhatsApp prospecting
