• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using various channels including job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and headhunting.

• Conduct thorough screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination , ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across departments such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Legal, Procurement, and Operations.

• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand talent needs, role requirements, and team dynamics.

• Engage with passive talent and build pipelines for critical leadership roles.

• Lead offer negotiations and manage the onboarding coordination with relevant internal stakeholders.

• Maintain accurate and updated records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

• Provide market intelligence, talent insights, and hiring metrics to support strategic decision-making.

• Ensure adherence to company policies and local labor laws throughout the recruitment process.
