Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Department: Customer Service / Property Management

Location: Sharjah

Salary: AED 4,000

Nationality: Arabic-speaking candidate preferred

Industry: Real Estate / Property Leasing

Job Purpose

To provide professional and responsive customer service to tenants and clients, handle inquiries and requests, follow up on complaints and property-related issues, and ensure a smooth and positive customer experience throughout the tenancy period.

Key Accountabilities

• Handle daily inquiries from tenants and clients through phone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.

• Respond to customer requests professionally and within the required time.

• Follow up on tenant complaints, maintenance requests, and service issues until resolution.

• Coordinate with property management, maintenance, leasing, and other internal teams to resolve customer concerns.

• Maintain accurate records of customer requests, complaints, follow-ups, and resolutions.

• Assist tenants with general inquiries related to tenancy, contracts, payments, move-in/move-out procedures, and property services.

• Follow up with tenants regarding required documents, contract renewals, and other tenancy-related matters.

• Escalate unresolved or urgent issues to the concerned manager.

• Maintain good relationships with tenants and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Support the team with administrative and customer service tasks as required.

General Responsibilities

• Maintain professional communication with customers at all times.

• Ensure all customer requests are properly recorded and followed up.

• Handle difficult customers and complaints calmly and professionally.

• Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.

• Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards.

• Prepare basic reports and updates related to customer requests and complaints.

• Perform other duties related to customer service and property management as assigned.

Qualification & Experience

• A bachelor's degree or relevant diploma is preferred.

• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Property Management, Real Estate, Leasing, or a related field Experience is preferred.

• Experience dealing directly with tenants or customers is an advantage.
