Role Description

As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for the complete sales cycle — from lead generation and client advisory to viewings, negotiation, and closing. This is a target-driven role for individuals who are passionate about real estate and social media selling.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

- Provide expert advice on pricing, positioning, and investment strategies

- Conduct property viewings and manage the full sales process till closing

- Stay ahead of market trends, regulations, and new launches

- Create engaging short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok & LinkedIn

- Ensure smooth and seamless transactions for clients

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Dubai Real Estate Sales (Mandatory)

- Strong network and understanding of Dubai's property market

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills

- Valid UAE Driving License is preferred

- Must be professional, disciplined, and results-driven

- Ambitious, financially motivated with a long-term career mindset

- Proficiency in social media marketing is a plus

- Multilingual communication skills are an advantage (English, Hindi, German, etc.turkish,spanish
