Role Description This full-time, on-site Licensed Real Estate Agent role is based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The Licensed Real Estate Agent will handle day-to-day activities such as prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting property viewings, preparing and presenting listings, and guiding clients through buying, selling, and leasing processes. The role involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local market conditions, property values, and regulations, as well as preparing documentation, coordinating with legal and finance stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with all real estate laws. The agent will provide responsive customer service, negotiate offers, manage transactions from inception to closing, and collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and deliver a high standard of client experience.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License appropriate for practicing in the Abu Dhabi Emirate and United Arab Emirates.

• Candidates should possess strong Real Estate and Real Property knowledge, including local market trends, property types, and regulatory requirements.

• Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in a competitive environment.

• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to build relationships, communicate clearly, and respond promptly to client needs.

• Candidates should possess strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is an advantage.

• Candidates should possess good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple clients and listings simultaneously.

• Relevant experience as a Licensed Real Estate Agent or similar role in the UAE market is preferred.

• Familiarity with real estate CRM systems, digital property listing platforms, and basic office software (e.g., MS Office, email, calendars) is beneficial.
