We are looking for a receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting and directing visitors in person or on the phone

• Answering or referring inquiries from customers, clients, or the public

• Maintaining employee and department directories

• Scheduling meetings, travel, and appointments for executives or customers

• Sorting and delivering mail to employees

• Performing clerical tasks such as filing, copying

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Strong phone skills

• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak English

• Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Punctual with strong attendance history

Customer Engagement and Service: _Manage customer inquiries, orders, and concerns to ensure a positive and seamless shopping experience.

Uphold excellent customer service standards, addressing feedback and resolving issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Languages: Good English , Arabic , Tagalog

• 2 to 3 years of UAE experience and previous work in a similar concept or trade are mandatory.

• Must Have experience in food and beverages before.

• Candidates must meet the qualifications specified in the job Post.

• Only immediate joiners.
