## Description

We are looking for experienced and results-driven Sales Leaders to join our growing team in Dubai.

Positions:

• Sales Director

• Sales Manager

We are looking for candidates who can lead from the front, build high-performing teams and drive daily sales transactions.

Key Qualifications:

• Strong UAE real estate experience, with an excellent understanding of the Dubai property market

• Proven leadership experience managing a team of approximately 25–35 experienced real estate agents

• Strong track record in driving sales performance and closing transactions

• Ability to set daily, weekly and monthly sales targets and hold teams accountable for results

• Excellent agency and broker relationships across the UAE market

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, including pipeline management, lead tracking and performance monitoring

• Strong understanding of project launches, inventory management and sales strategy

• Ability to motivate, coach and develop experienced sales professionals

• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills

• Highly commercial, target-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
