About the Role The mission of this role is to grow PROPUP's managed portfolio by finding property owners across Dubai and converting them into signed revenue management contracts. The position sits within the Business Development department and reports to the Director of Business Development, working from first contact through to signature, at which point the property passes to the onboarding team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys owning a pipeline end to end and is measured on properties actually signed. Key Responsibilities • Execute prospection and generate leads for new properties across Dubai. • Obtain and conduct appointments with property owners, investors and landlords. • Present PROPUP's revenue management offer and communicate financial forecasts to owners. • Negotiate and obtain contract signatures. • Hand over signed properties cleanly to the onboarding team. • Participate in the company's marketing campaigns. • Maintain an accurate pipeline of leads, appointments and signatures, and report on it periodically. Requirements – Mandatory • Previous experience in a business development or sales role in a Dubai holiday homes or short-term rental company is mandatory. Applications without it will not be considered. • An existing network of property owners, investors or brokers in Dubai. • Currently based in Dubai. • A proven record of signing property owners or landlords to management or exclusivity agreements. • Strong written and spoken English. • Comfortable working to targets and reporting on a pipeline. Requirements – Preferred • Experience selling to individual property owners rather than corporate clients. • Arabic. • Valid UAE driving licence and own car. • Experience in a fast-growing company. • Diploma or degree in Business, Real Estate or a related field.
