We’re Hiring: Off-Plan Real Estate Agents – Dubai

Real Estate Masters is looking for ambitious and results-driven Off-Plan Property Consultants to join our growing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on Dubai’s latest off-plan projects

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Conduct property presentations, meetings and viewings

• Follow up professionally with leads and close sales

• Maintain accurate client records in the company CRM

• Stay updated on market trends, payment plans and developer launches

Requirements:

• Previous real estate or sales experience is preferred

• Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills

• Professional appearance and a positive attitude

• Self-motivated, disciplined and target-driven

• Knowledge of Dubai’s off-plan market is an advantage

• Multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
