Short Description

Ready to grow your career as a QC Technician? You will play an important role in performing Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) and inspection activities to ensure industrial equipment meets required quality, safety, and inspection standards.

Function Description

As a QC Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out NDT and quality inspection activities on industrial equipment in accordance with approved procedures, specifications, and applicable safety requirements.

• Perform Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) inspections to ensure compliance with applicable quality and safety standards.

• Conduct inspection activities on industrial equipment according to approved procedures and specifications.

• Ensure inspection activities are performed in accordance with established industrial safety procedures and inspection standards.

• Identify and document defects, abnormalities, and inspection findings accurately.

• Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate inspection records and documentation.

• Coordinate with technical and operational teams to communicate inspection findings and identify required corrective actions.

• Analyze inspection results and support technical teams in evaluating equipment condition.

• Provide preventive recommendations based on inspection findings to support equipment reliability and safe operation.

• Follow applicable quality control procedures and ensure inspection requirements are properly implemented.

• Maintain accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail while working in demanding industrial environments.

• Support continuous improvement in inspection quality, reporting, and compliance practices.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT).

• Practical knowledge of NDT inspection techniques and procedures.

• Understanding of industrial inspection, quality control, and safety requirements.

• Ability to conduct inspections in accordance with approved procedures and specifications.

• Ability to accurately analyze, document, and report inspection findings.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a demanding industrial environment.

• Strong commitment to industrial safety procedures and professional standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience performing NDT or QC inspection activities in an industrial environment.

• Experience inspecting industrial equipment and supporting maintenance or operational teams.

• Experience working in heavy industrial, manufacturing, steel, or similar plant environments is an advantage.

• Familiarity with inspection reporting, defect identification, and corrective action follow-up is preferred.
