Position- Team Leader

Job Summary & Purpose: Achievement of Sales Target of the Store and maintaining the service standards of SDG

Key Performance Areas (KPAs) & Principal Accountabilities

1 Achievement of individual sales, Invoice, EW, Accessories/ Productivity targets

2 Providing Solutions to Customers Queries/Requirements

3 Thorough knowledge of products in his department

4 My Area My Responsibility (MAMR)

5 Maintain the display logic, planogram & placards

6 Perpetual Inventory Count

7 Cleanliness of area of responsibility

Experience (Yrs& Field): Min 4-6 Years of experience in Retail Sales

Educational Qualification: Graduate

Skills & Abilities: Customer Focus, Result Orientation, Team Work, Communication Arabic knowledge is an advantage.
