Job Description:-

Role Summary-

A leading retail group in the Middle East is hiring a Digital Business Analyst to drive requirements and delivery across digital products and customer journeys, with Salesforce experience central to the role.

What you'll do:

• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, process flows and acceptance criteria

• Work across business, product, design, engineering and QA to clarify requirements, surface dependencies and align solutions to business outcomes

• Support backlog refinement, sprint and PI planning — ensuring requirements are estimation-ready with risks and scope clearly defined

• Maintain end-to-end traceability from requirement through design, build, testing, UAT, sign-off, release and post-go-live validation

• Analyse customer, operational and digital performance data to identify issues and shape future requirements

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst on digital products or customer journeys

• Hands-on Salesforce experience — essential for this role

• Strong requirements-writing and process-mapping skills

• Comfortable working in Agile/sprint-based delivery environments

• Experience owning requirements traceability through to post-go-live validation
