## Description

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage and coordinate logistics operations, inventory movement, and shipment activities. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient transportation, timely deliveries, inventory accuracy, and compliance with import/export regulations while coordinating with suppliers, freight forwarders, warehouses, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments across local and international markets.

• Monitor shipment schedules and ensure on-time delivery of goods.

• Prepare and review shipping documents, invoices, packing lists, and customs clearance documentation.

• Liaise with freight forwarders, transport providers, customs brokers, and warehouse teams.

• Track shipments and proactively resolve logistics and delivery issues.

• Manage inventory movements, stock transfers, and warehouse coordination activities.

• Maintain accurate logistics records and shipment reports.

• Coordinate with procurement, sales, and operations teams regarding order fulfillment and stock availability.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and import/export regulations.

• Monitor logistics costs and identify opportunities for process improvement.

• Generate periodic logistics, inventory, and supply chain performance reports.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 2-3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations, or import/export coordination.

• Experience in automotive, spare parts, manufacturing, trading, or distribution industries.

• Knowledge of shipping documentation, customs clearance procedures, and freight coordination.

• Experience coordinating local and international shipments.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

• Experience using Oracle ERP for inventory management, order processing, procurement, and logistics transactions.

• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
