We’re Hiring: Sales Manager – Automotive
📍 Dubai, UAE | AutoData Middle East

We’re looking for a commercially driven Sales Manager – Automotive to grow AutoData’s presence across the UAE automotive dealer market.

This is a hands-on, market-facing sales role for someone who knows the automotive industry, understands dealerships, and has the network and drive to open doors, build relationships and win new business across franchise dealerships and independent dealers.

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in automotive sales, business development or account management

• Strong knowledge of the UAE automotive and dealership market

• Existing relationships across franchise and/or independent dealerships

• Proven track record in B2B sales, new client acquisition and pipeline development

• Good understanding of used cars, vehicle pricing and valuation

• Confidence engaging with Dealer Principals, GMs, Used Car Managers and senior decision-makers

• Comfortable selling technology, data and solution-based products

• Strong commercial, negotiation and relationship-building skills

• English fluency; Arabic is an advantage

You’ll take opportunities from prospecting → product demo → pilot → commercial conversion, working closely with our wider team to turn opportunities into long-term client relationships.
