## Description

Main Objective:

A junior-level role that shifts between two areas of the business: creating photo and video content for social media and the website, and creating designs (illustrations, product designs and packaging) for our in-house collections. The role calls for someone organized with a sharp eye for detail, comfortable moving between shoots, edits and design work, and equally comfortable with recurring, detail-driven tasks that need consistency and follow-through as much as creative input.

Responsibilities:

• Shoot and edit photos and videos for social media and the website.

• Create illustrations, product designs and packaging artwork for MASKA's in-house collections.

• Amend designs and content after feedback, keeping accuracy and consistency across revisions.

• Support recurring day-to-day content and design requests, including repeat-format tasks (product shots, template posts, and packaging variations) that keep the content calendar and collections running smoothly.

• Organize and maintain a structured library of shoot files, design assets and finished content.

• Work closely and follow up with suppliers and printers on production and prototyping for packaging and product designs.

• Assist with styling and set-up for photo and video shoots.

• Work closely with the design and marketing team to stay aligned with brand guidelines across all content and designs.

• Other duties may be assigned as per management needs.

Summary of Skills:

· 0–2 years' experience in graphic design or content creation; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

· Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia or a related field is a plus.

· Proficiency with Adobe Suite applications, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator;

· Knowledge of Premiere Pro or Light room is a plus.

· Comfortable shooting and editing photo and video content.

· Works well with deadlines and under pressure.

· Able to work independently with little direct supervision and take initiative.

· A keen eye for aesthetics and details.

· Excellent project and time management skills, with the organization to stay consistent across repeat, detail-heavy tasks.

· Ability to communicate in English and Arabic language.

· Comfortable with a junior-level scope of work, this role includes a fair share of recurring, repeat- format tasks alongside the more creative projects, and needs someone who brings the same care and consistency to both.

Salary : 5,500AED - 6500AED
