## Description

We're Hiring: Institutional Sales Manager – Winpro Prime

Winpro Prime is looking for an experienced Institutional Sales Manager to drive the growth of our institutional business and build strong relationships within the Forex and financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new B2B clients, including Forex brokers, institutional clients, and financial partners.

• Promote Winpro Prime's liquidity solutions, MT5 infrastructure, FIX API connectivity, and institutional trading services.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.

• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to client onboarding.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Coordinate with the Operations, Liquidity, and Technical teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

• Represent Winpro Prime professionally at industry events, conferences, and virtual meetings.

Candidate Requirements

• 3–7+ years of experience in Institutional Forex, Liquidity, Prime Brokerage, or FinTech sales.

• Proven track record of consistently achieving B2B sales targets.

• Strong understanding of MT4/MT5, liquidity, FIX API connectivity, brokerage operations, and institutional trading.

• An established network within the Forex industry is highly preferred.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Fluent in English; additional languages will be considered an advantage.

Compensation

• Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.

• The final salary, commission structure, and overall compensation package will be discussed during the interview based on the candidate's experience and industry network.
