## Description

We are looking for a Corporate Finance & Project Finance Coordinator to manage day-to-day banking, cash flow, payments, receivables, and project contract financial requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage corporate banking, bank facilities, guarantees, cheques, and post-dated/security cheques.

• Monitor bank balances, cash flow, payment schedules, collections, and funding requirements.

• Review project contracts and track payment terms, milestones, advances, retention, guarantees, variations, penalties, deductions, and payment deadlines.

• Prepare contract financial summaries, cash flow forecasts, payment/collection reports, and receivables aging.

• Coordinate invoicing, payment certificates, approvals, supporting documents, and collection follow-ups with clients, developers, contractors, and consultants.

• Coordinate supplier, subcontractor, and project-related payments as per approved schedules.

• Maintain accurate records for contracts, invoices, cheques, guarantees, banking, audits, and project finance.

• Work closely with Sales, Procurement, Projects, Operations, Delivery, and Accounts teams to ensure timely billing and collections.

• Support management with project profitability, receivables, cash flow, bank position, and financial reports.

Requirements:

• Experience in corporate finance, banking coordination, AP/AR, cheque management, and project-based accounting.

• Strong understanding of bank guarantees, facilities, security/PDC cheques, payment certificates, retentions, and project contract terms.

• Experience dealing with developers, contractors, consultants, or project clients is preferred.

• Experience in kitchen supply, fit-out, interiors, joinery, building materials, appliances, or project supply is an advantage.

• Strong attention to detail, financial coordination, documentation, and follow-up skills.
