## Description

About the Role: PharmaCare is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and develop its pharmaceutical sales activities across the UAE.

The ideal candidate will be a commercially driven leader with strong knowledge of the UAE pharmaceutical market, a proven ability to deliver sales growth, and experience managing and motivating sales teams.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead the sales team and drive achievement of monthly and annual targets.

• Develop sales plans and identify opportunities for business growth.

• Monitor team performance, territory coverage, and customer development.

• Manage key accounts and maintain strong relationships with pharmacies, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.

• Analyse sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

• Support new product launches, tenders, and commercial negotiations.

• Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, or Life Sciences.

• Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience in the UAE.

• Proven team leadership or sales management experience.

• Strong leadership, negotiation, and business development skills.

• Strong understanding of the UAE pharmaceutical market.

• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.

• Valid UAE driving licence.
