## Description

OneLink Properties is hiring ambitious and driven Real Estate Agents to join our growing team in Dubai across our Secondary, Off-Plan, and Commercial divisions.

This is a commission-only opportunity designed for agents who want strong earning potential, professional support, and access to a wider business network.

As part of OneLink Properties, agents benefit from experienced marketing support, major property portals, in-house personal branding, and cross-industry networking opportunities across real estate, luxury cars, consultancy, marketing, holiday homes, and property management.

You will be responsible for building and managing client relationships, conducting property viewings, advising buyers, sellers, and investors, negotiating deals, and managing transactions through to completion.

Requirements

• Previous real estate or strong sales experience preferred

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Confident, professional, and target-driven

• Strong negotiation and closing ability

• Self-motivated and comfortable in a performance-driven environment

• Ability to generate and manage your own pipeline

• Strong follow-up and organisational skills

• Knowledge of the Dubai property market is an advantage

• UAE driving licence and own vehicle are beneficial
