Since 2012, we have partnered with government entities, multinational organizations, and private sector clients to deliver high-impact training and development solutions in areas such as leadership, management, soft skills, IT, project management, business analysis, process improvement, and professional certifications. Role Overview The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strategic relationships with corporate clients, and driving revenue growth through the sale of learning and development solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B consultative sales and experience selling corporate training. Note: Candidates must currently possess an active portfolio of HR, L&D, Talent Management, or Training contacts within the UAE and/or KSA. Key Responsibilities • Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UAE and KSA markets. • Build and maintain relationships with HR Directors, Learning & Development Managers, Talent Development Managers, and senior business stakeholders. • Conduct client meetings to understand organizational learning and development requirements. • Present and propose customized training and learning solutions aligned with client needs. • Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate contracts. • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation through to contract closure. • Achieve and exceed individual sales and revenue targets. • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reporting. • Attend networking events, conferences, and industry gatherings to develop business opportunities. • Work closely with internal delivery teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction. • Identify opportunities for account growth and long-term partnerships. Requirements • Minimum 5 years of UAE and/or KSA-based B2B sales experience. • Proven success in business development and revenue generation within the region. • Strong existing network of HR and L&D professionals in the UAE/KSA corporate market. • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organized. • Ability to engage with decision-makers at management and executive levels. • Valid UAE driving license preferred. Preferred Qualifications • Direct experience working within the training, learning, consulting, or HR industries. • Track record of selling to government entities and large corporate organizations.
