## Description

Our client, a multinational company in Dubai is looking for a Financial Modeler / Analyst to support the evaluation, development, and execution of investment opportunities within infrastructure and plant projects. The role involves financial analysis, project financing, investment evaluation, due diligence, transaction support, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, identify, and evaluate new investment opportunities in the infrastructure and plant sectors.

• Coordinate business meetings and prepare meeting reports and presentations.

• Support project development, structuring, valuation, negotiation, bidding, and investment activities.

• Assist in project financing activities and support the structuring and negotiation of key project agreements, including EPC contracts.

• Develop and maintain financial models to assess project feasibility and investment viability.

• Conduct financial, commercial, and operational due diligence.

• Review legal, technical, and commercial documents relevant to project transactions.

• Prepare investment papers, briefing notes, and internal approval documents for management review.

• Liaise with external advisors, consultants, developers, contractors, and other stakeholders.

• Support asset management activities after project financial close.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Project Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline.

Experience

• Experience in infrastructure, utilities, industrial plants, energy, or similar project-based industries.

• Exposure to project finance, investment analysis, M&A transactions, or financial advisory activities is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.

• Knowledge of project finance and investment evaluation methodologies.

• Ability to review financial, legal, commercial, and technical documentation.

• Strong communication, presentation, and report-writing skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work within cross-functional teams.

• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.

• Business-level proficiency in English.
