## Description

We are seeking an exceptional Head Chef to helm kitchen operations at a globally recognized fine dining destination located within Downtown Dubai. This is a rare opportunity for a visionary culinary leader to shape menu innovation, elevate guest experience, and drive operational precision in a high-profile, luxury setting.

Your Role

• Lead all aspects of kitchen operations including menu development, cost control, hygiene compliance, and team leadership

• Deliver flawless execution aligned with brand standards and global gastronomic trends

• Partner with F&B, Marketing, and Revenue teams to create immersive dining experiences that drive loyalty and revenue

• Manage budgeting, inventory, supplier relationships, and KPI-driven performance metrics

• Mentor and develop a multicultural brigade of chefs and kitchen staff

• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and regulatory requirements

What You Bring

• Minimum 10+ years in luxury hotel or standalone fine dining kitchens

• At least 3 years as Executive Chef or Head Chef in a Michelin-starred, AAA Five Diamond, or equivalent prestige venue

• Proven expertise in modern international cuisine with strong emphasis on presentation, consistency, and innovation

• Strong financial acumen — experienced in food cost management, P&L oversight, and waste reduction

• Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus

• Culinary degree or certification from a recognized institution preferred
