WE’RE HIRING | REAL ESTATE SALES MANAGER – SECONDARY MARKET

Bargo Real Estate is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced and results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead and grow our Secondary Market Sales Team in Dubai.

If you know how to turn listings into deals, leads into clients, and agents into high performers, we want to hear from you.

The Role
We’re looking for a Sales Manager with strong knowledge of Dubai’s secondary/resale market, who can lead a team, drive transactions, build client relationships, and develop a strong portfolio of resale listings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of secondary market agents

• Drive sales performance and achieve team targets

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with sellers, buyers, landlords, and investors

• Secure quality secondary market listings

• Guide agents through negotiations and closing

• Monitor market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities

• Build strategies to increase listings, viewings, and successful transactions

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in Dubai Real Estate – Secondary Market

• Previous experience in a Sales Manager / Team Leader role

• Strong knowledge of Dubai communities and resale transactions

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills

• Strong leadership and business development abilities

• Target-driven, proactive, and commercially minded

• Existing network of clients and property owners is a strong advantage
