Position Title: Relationship / Sales Manager - Offplan Property Sales (10- 20 job vacancies)

Employment Type: Full Time

Salary: depending on experience and qualifications plus competitive commission

About the Hiring Company:

One of the leading real estate developer and contracting firm based in the UAE specializing in the execution of large-scale high-rise residential projects.

Responsibilities:

 Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored property solutions.

 Conduct property tours and presentations to clients, highlighting key features and benefits to generate interest and drive sales.

 Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.

 Prepare and manage all necessary documentation for property transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; fluent in English, both written and spoken is a must

 At least 3 years of solid experience preferably in off-plan sales within UAE developers; With a strong understanding of the real estate industry in Dubai.

 Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales team.

 Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; with ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
