## Description

MARKETING MANAGER

Our client is a well-known and established luxury real estate developer, with a strong portfolio in high-end developments.

Position:

The position (generalist) will support the creation and execution of the overall marketing strategy and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and executive integrate marketing strategies across the company's portfolio of real estate developments.

• Collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams to align strategy with commercial objectives.

• Brief, coordinate, and manager external consultants and marketing agencies effectively, ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets are

• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify positioning, pricing, audience, and growth opportunities.

• Track performance of all marketing campaigns.
