## Description

• This is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing the Group's legal function and providing strategic legal guidance to executive management across the business.

• The role manages complex legal matters including commercial agreements, corporate transactions, litigation, risk management, and legal oversight across multiple subsidiary entities.

Description

• Act as the principal legal advisor to the CEO and executive leadership on significant legal and commercial matters.

• Lead the Group's legal risk management framework, ensuring key risks are identified, mitigated, and appropriately escalated.

• Oversee complex litigation, arbitration, disputes, and the management of external legal counsel.

• Develop and lead a high-performing legal team while driving consistency in legal practices across all group entities.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB or equivalent); postgraduate legal qualifications are advantageous.

• Licensed to practice law in the UAE jurisdiction.

• Minimum 15 years of progressive legal experience, including senior legal leadership responsibilities.

• Extensive expertise in UAE corporate, commercial, labour, and regulatory law.

• Proven track record advising senior executives on complex transactions, litigation, governance, and legal risk matters.
