## Description

Role Overview

To own the customer engagement strategy and annual target-setting for public and private sector portfolios, driving new-logo acquisition and pipeline growth in partnership with Solution Excellence and Products Management.

Main Responsibilities

• Own the customer engagement strategy and annual target-setting for public and private sector portfolios.

• Act as the senior liaison between Cloud Services and Solutions and Commercial/Sales leadership on new-logo acquisition strategy.

• Drive revenue enablement initiatives and Lead-to-Cash pipeline acceleration for new-logo accounts.

• Oversee value messaging strategy across all cloud offerings.

• Own strategic collaboration with Cloud Solution Excellence and Cloud Products Management on unified customer strategy.

• Define and monitor engagement KPIs, annual revenue targets, and growth outcomes.

• Build strategic relationships with key clients to support retention and expansion.

• Proven value of sales record in the cloud business

Key Deliverables

• Achieved department-wide annual revenue targets.

• Expanded new-logo account base across sector portfolios.

• Strategic account plans with strong cross-functional alignment.

• Engagement KPI and revenue performance reports for senior leadership.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 10+ years of relevant experience in customer engagement, cloud solutions or related field.

• Sales/Account Management certification preferred; MBA is a plus.
