As BlockDelta continues to expand, we are seeking a Graduate Operations & Marketing Associate to support our day-to-day business operations. This role offers practical exposure to recruitment, events, partnerships, marketing, and the fast-evolving technology sector.

Role Overview

This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional seeking hands-on experience in a fast-growing international business. Working closely with senior leadership, you will gain exposure to operations, recruitment, events, partnerships, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations & Administration

• Support day-to-day operational and administrative activities

• Maintain databases, update the ATS, prepare reports, and manage internal documentation

• Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and workflows

• Research & Business Support

• Research companies, market trends, and emerging technology sectors

• Contribute to recruitment, events, partnerships, and business development initiatives

• Support leadership and team members across multiple regions

• Marketing & Content

• Plan, schedule, and publish content across BlockDelta’s social media channels

• Create marketing materials, event promotions, and community engagement content

• Monitor social media activity and report on content performance

Requirements

• Education & Background

• Recently completed or currently pursuing a degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Communications, Economics, or a related field

• Interest in technology, startups, Digital Assets, AI, or emerging industries is advantageous but not essential

• Skills & Working Style

• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently

• Marketing & Digital Tools

• Confident, proactive, and comfortable building new relationships

• Familiar with LinkedIn, Telegram, X, and other social media platforms

• Interest in content creation, digital marketing, and community building

• Experience with AI productivity or content tools is a plus

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
